To stay at the forefront of the CBD oil trend and with April 20th (4/20) in mind, Carl’s Jr. is testing out a burger infused with the oil!

RELATED STORY:

The chain announced yesterday that it will sell the “Rocky Mountain High: CheeseBurger Delight burger at one location in Denver, Colorado for just one day (April 20th, of course). The burger features a sauce infused with CBD, or cannabidiol, a non-psychoactive hemp derivative.”1

<<<<<<I LOVE CBD Oil so much that I created my own organic line of products. Check it out here!>>>>>>

But the chain wants everyone to know it’s not a stunt; the release is a test to determine if a CBD burger belongs on its permanent menu.

Patty Trevino, the senior vice president of brand marketing for Carl’s Jr. said, “It is something that feels right for the brand. We are all about innovation.”1 Plus, the younger crowd are Carl’s Jr.’s future customers and “They are more open to different flavors of products.”1

RELATED STORY:

It is true that consumers have increasingly sought out products that offer an extra something, like increased energy or better gut health. And in my opinion (I know I’m not alone though) CBD is an utterly amazing plant.
