I was incredibly stressed the other day while working when I received the link to the video below. I clicked on it and no joke, within moments, my shoulders started to drop. And as soon as that happened, I felt the need and ability to take a moment to breathe deeply. So I did.

What happened next almost never happens; I continued to sit in my fairly uncomfortable chair, working away, with my shoulders down and my stress level at zero.
