I’ve made no secret that I live a plant-based lifestyle and that it not only suits me but makes me feel incredible. But I’m an adult making this decision. So what would you do if your child, your preschooler or kindergartner came to you because he could no longer eat animals? What would you say if she wanted to become a vegetarian?


If this happens, first of all, don’t worry; you can be a vegetarian, vegan, plant-based eater and still be very healthy. Second, look at it as an opportunity to learn all about health and food with your child. That’s never a bad idea.
