(Editor’s note: I know many had mixed feelings on this: Some think the employer should have the right to decide and the government should allow them to do as they please and others felt that this was discrimination in the work place that; that an employer could legally discriminate against dreadlocks when hiring employees.)

The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled against a lawsuit filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against Catastrophe Management Solutions, ruling that refusing to hire someone because of their dreadlocks is legal.
