We are so sorry to announce the death of Dr Bob Marshall of Premier Research labs. I was fortunate enough to speak at events with this great man and have even taken some of his well-known products in the past. He was a great man. Many of you have asked me to do a story on him as a memorial and I wanted to honor that request.

Though many have wondered if his death was suspicious, and though it was a shock to many, it does appear that he was ill and died in his sleep. Our heart goes out to his family and friends.

Matt Storey, who worked with him for many years summed things up nicely:

Very sad indeed to hear that my former employer, mentor, father figure and friend Robert Marshall “Dr Bob” has passed. I spent 12 years of my life at Premier Research Labs under his tutelage and learned countless lessons from him. While he and I butted heads plenty, he knew that I loved him like a father and at the end of the day I respected the hell out of him. He was a classy, brilliant guy with a witty, subdued sense of humor and just an incredible repository of knowledge of the human body and health, amongst many other topics from cars to history. The photo below is not my best but I have others on a computer at home and I’m traveling. It was from a lecture he did in Auckland, New Zealand while we were out there teaching the QRA seminar. I wouldn’t be the man I am today and certainly wouldn’t be so prepared for the role I am in now if it wasn’t for his incredible mentorship and relationship that I had with him. You will be missed, old friend and your legacy will live on through the thousands of lives you touched. Rest in peace, sir.

Remembering a great man.
May he rest in peace.

XO,  Erin (from the E Coast of Florida)
