Are you ready for some yumminess heaven on earth? Then try out the amazing most delicious treat!

Quinoa Healthy Cookie Dough Bites!

Serves 2-3 (adjust accordingly).

All organic ingredients:
– 1/4 Cup of any raw nut butter (I use a combination of peanut butter and cashew butter)
– 1 Tbsp applesauce
– 1/2 Chopped banana
– 1 Scoop of high quality protein powder
– 1/2 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
– 1/4 Tsp Himalayan salt
– 1/4 Cup coconut flour
– 1 Cup of cooked quinoa or uncooked if you do the raw version (instructions below)
– Cacao Nibs, dry fruits, cranberries, raisins, and/or sunflower seeds.

Preparation:
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the cacao nibs, seeds and dry fruits, and mix well until a paste is form. Make little balls with your hands of cookie dough and add the different dry fruits, cacao nibs and seeds (be creative here, use any combination you want for your cookie bites) and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment or wax paper. Place in the oven at 350• for about 12-15 mins depending on your oven’s power and voila! Enjoy it… Buen Provecho!!!

Raw version:
Use non-cooked sprouted quinoa (about 1/2 cup of uncooked quinoa) or 1/2 cup soaked quinoa. And put it in the freezer for 20-30 mins.
