It is with a heavy heart that I announce the unexpected death of the popular and well loved Dr. Thomas Fay of Encinitas, California (near San Diego in Southern California).

Dr. Thomas Fay, ND, went to one of the most highly praised universities in the nation, where some of our friends had graduated as well (we had many in common). According to his Facebook page, he was outspoken about chemtrails, Sandy Hook, gun control and much more.

For those wishing and able to attend his service, the information is as follows:

Memorial Service for Dr. Thomas J. Fay, August 31st 2017:
MCAS Miramar Chapel
45549 Bauer Rd. Building 5632
SD, CA 92145
10:30-12:00

(Please bring a valid id to be admitted onto the base)

The Memorial Service will be followed by the funeral at 1:00pm

Miramar National Cemetary
5795 Nobel Dr.
SD, CA 92122

An Irish Memorial is to follow for all who wish to come.

His family said, “It was unexpected and way to soon, also still a bit surreal.” We are so sorry for their loss. We will update you as we know more.

XO-  Erin Elizabeth, reporting from Hippocrates in S. Florida
