Ingredients

  • 1 scoop organic protein powder (I like the Orgain brand)
  • 2 tbsp organic canned pumpkin 
  • 1/4 tsp organic ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp organic ground ginger
  • dash organic ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 8 oz. organic hot brewed coffee
  • 2 oz. organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk (you can also make your own!)

Directions

  1. Carefully pour your hot coffee into your Vitamix or blender and add the protein powder. Give it a buzz.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth. FYI- it will be SUPER    frothy. So yummy!
