Monsanto was just dealt ANOTHER blow. Yesterday, a judge in New York told them that their attempt to subpoena the advocacy group Avaaz was tantamount to “chilling free speech and political activity.”1

The Big Chemical giant wanted documents from the advocacy group that has called for a halt on the use of glyphosate, the key ingredient in their weed killer, Roundup, but the judge said no. That’s a word they’ve been hearing a lot lately!

Stay tuned. More cracks. They keep coming.
