For a long time, we have been taught to fear the sun. Thankfully, that fear is finally starting to dissipate as people understand they need healthy sun exposure; Vitamin D plays an important role in healthy and complete body function.


Check out the interview from 2009 below, where Andreas Moritz1 explains that we need the sun’s rays to promote and maintain skin health and prevent cancer. He says lack of sunlight can cause premature aging among other things.
