(Note from Erin: I’m going to be in Las Vegas, and be staying at the Mandalay Bay, this weekend. I’ll do a video and post it as soon as possible. I honestly believe in my heart that someone is covering something up. But, the truth always comes out.)

RELATED STORY:

Just one month after being shot in the leg by the Las Vegas shooter during the October 1st massacre at the Route 91 Harvest music festival, Jesus Campos is back at work at Mandalay Bay.

“Campos has been staying at an MGM Resorts International property at the company’s expense following the deadly Oct. 1 mass shooting. As a result, some veteran trial lawyers are questioning the company’s gesture and potential influence over Campos, a key witness in the criminal investigation and civil litigation against MGM Resorts.
Campos accepted the paid hotel stay for his own protection after he was identified Oct. 4 as the officer shot by the gunman the night of the massacre outside Mandalay Bay. Another veteran trial lawyer, Robert Eglet, said the company’s decision to shelter Campos from the public could backfire.” 1
RELATED STORY:

Campos is considered to be a central witness in the investigation into the shooting and in civil lawsuits brought against MGM Resorts and the other companies connected to the shooting. This is part of the reason everyone has been watching his every move and why who has been footing his hotel bill is so important (and let me tell you, $300 a night is not cheap).

But the other reason he’s so important is because of his story; his account of Oct. 1 has been changed time and time again. In fact, after the Las Vegas police made multiple changes to the timeline, Campos disappeared from public view. (He would later emerge to do his one and only interview with Ellen.)
RELATED STORY:

As I stated above, the truth always comes out. We just feel so badly for the families who are still waiting for justice. I’ll update you as I receive more information and will post my video from the Mandalay Bay hotel very soon.
