I’m so proud to say that  after 2+ years  I’m still the same weight and maintaining. I do look very NORMAL weight in the first shot, but with Lyme- I was at 50% body fat– hence the need to get toned and gain muscle.

I’ve  chronicled my journey in my book how I survived  Lyme and talk about how I lost my weight  (and lots of toxins)  I lost the weight in 90 days but have kept it off since 2013. Even if you don’t have Lyme disease you might have adrenal fatigue or thyroid issues (which accompany Lyme in many cases) Even if you have no health challenges at all you can learn about a proper diet to keep in tip top shape and how eliminating most grains (or at least gluten) and refined sugars can help optimize your health.
