How much thought do you give to your gut microbiome? Or Prebiotics? Turns out we might need to be paying a bit more attention. Our Western diet can lead us to an unhealthy balance in the gut so eating a good amount of prebiotics- the fiber and resistant starch concentrated in unprocessed plant foods- is very important.

Fruits and veggies = fiber

Fiber = Good gut bacteria.
