Cleveland Clinic Doctor & Libertarian Presidential Candidate Found Dead in Motel Room

Editor’s note: Why is this barely in local news (only one source), let alone mainstream news nationwide?

A prominent doctor who headed a department at the holistically-minded Cleveland Clinic, and a Libertarian presidential candidate (until last month) was found dead Wednesday in a motel in Ohio.

According to his blog, Dr. Feldman says he was against:

  • Forced vaccinations
  • Genetically modified organisms
  • Campaign contributions
  • Criminalizing cannabis (he wanted it legalized)

From the article

“Marc A. Feldman, 56, of Beachwood was found at the America’s Best Value Inn in the 14000 block of Brookpark Road. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office has not released an official cause of death.

The Cleveland Clinic issued a statement saying: “We are saddened by the sudden loss of Dr. Feldman. He was a talented physician and will be missed.”

Last month, Feldman lost the nomination for the Libertarian party to New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson. We are shocked and saddened, and talking with some of his colleagues who are still in disbelief.

More from the article:

Carla Howell, the party’s political director, was stunned to learn of Feldman’s death. She called the Feldman family home in Beachwood and spoke with a family friend who confirmed his death.

“This is absolutely horrible,” she said.

Nicholas Sarwark, chair of the party’s national committee was quoted as saying, “He was a delightful, spirited, and dedicated Libertarian who inspired and won the hearts of many. Our deepest condolences to his family on their loss.”

Someone called the front desk to say Feldman was unresponsive. First responders arrived soon after. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Gary Johnson sent out this tweet today to his followers:

Saddened to hear of the passing of Liberty Champion Marc Feldman today. Wonderful sense of humor and a good guy

Our heart goes out to his family and friends.

so very sorry for his loss!

  • Warrior Ina Garden

Heart breaking loss, my condolences to family and friends as well as the community. It is infuriating that no real investigations are taking place after 50 + holistic/healing professionals have died under suspicious circumstances in the past year. Thank you for keeping us informed, Erin.

Read this article this morning and a chill just went through me. The deaths of so many doctors under various circumstances is no longer a coincidence. Why are the FEDS?

  • Lisa

Sympathy goes out to the family of another hero lost. I’ve lost count. Has anyone got the current running total?

  • Kevin Scott King

I was going to write ‘unbelievable’. But unfortunately even that sentiment is no longer true.

He sure looked healthy too me.

Curious to find out what the ‘official’ cause of death is. And what the family thinks.

Why would a well known physician stay at an America’s Value motel? Those are cheap scum motels. Sounds a little fishy. Rip sir

  • Joyce A. King

Who was the “someone” who called the front desk, and was that “someone” questioned, or did that “someone” disappear before paramedics responded? What was he doing at the hotel? This is extremely suspicious, that I will not believe it’s natural. There is something sinister going on that our police don’t investigate and our media doesn’t report, and I know the government is behind it. What do you want to bet we never get these answers?

The communist-stooge Dems are at it again …

So sorry to hear of Dr. Feldman’s death. As an RN formerly employed by the Cleveland Clinic for 13years, I can say that they are not holisitically minded. They do have an Integrative Medicine Department, though, which is headed by Dr. Mark Hyman. They coerce flu vaccines on their employees like so many other health care facilities.

Holistic Dr takes over as the most dangerous job in America.

Another mystery we will never get the truth to. If you aren’t a greed monger and a seedy character you are not safe…..those who believe in what “the people ” believe in will systematically be destroyed…. and you cannot trust mainstream media.

Horrible thing to happen and saddened by the news!
But Erin, you really need to get your facts straight about the Cleveland Cliic. Their name is far bigger than their actual capabilities. I agree with the above statement from personal experience…. Holistically minded the Cleveland Clinic is absolutely not! Even their integrative and Functuonal medical departments are a joke and only cater to those who are easily “fixed”, while their hands are still tied to allopathic medicine.
I am wondering also about the hotel room and the location on Brookpark road …. Not a very good area of town.

  • Ladyofthelake22

Very sad and yet I also wonder why he was at a low priced hotel in a not nice part of town? And I agree that the Cleveland Clinic is not, for the most part, holistic minded and yet very money minded. They are creating what appears to be an expensive monopoly in local health care for those who live here including buying doctor’s practices who were competing at lower prices.

Why was Dr. Feldman staying in a cheap motel in the town where he maintains his primary residence? Who was the woman who called this in? Strange.

  • Naia McCoy

I honestly hope the family has a forensic scientist investigate cause of death. I mean…really? This man was very young!

  • Mongocutwood

    Younger than me.

  • keely1

I knew an environmental allergist who was asked to leave Cleveland Clinic because he used methods for allergy testing that are not accepted by Western Medicine.

  • Karen Speed

    I believe it’s approximately 52.

  • Peter Wolfgang Wienold

well , they never mentioned ‘who reported him unresponsive’ ..
… his last ‘pony ride’ maybe , trying to get distraction from having lost his campaign bid

  • Peter Wolfgang Wienold

I’d agree if it wasn’t for the fact that this was after he lost the nomination and therefor other than ‘public speaking’ he was pretty much irrelevant politically at this point
