Chipotle Under Criminal Investigation

Coincidence or Corporate Sabotage?

Chipotle is now under investigation by the feds and their sales are plummeting, reports mainstream media.

We, here at Health Nut News, first reported on the Chipotle norovirus outbreak months ago when the story first broke. We even went so far to ask if this was sabotage against Chipotle…what do you think? Please comment below.

The people eating Chipotle thankfully all lived, but the feds jumped on an investigation quicker than you can say “paid off”… yet way back in 2013, three (!) people were killed after eating Blue Bell Ice Cream (note: Blue Bell call themselves “home made” but are GMO, and hormone laden w/ aspartame). And only now, years later, are the feds doing an investigation on the Blue Bell deaths. 

You can also read about the Taco Bell’s case  as well, which I discussed during the Chipotle case. Why was Taco Bell’s name hidden by the feds, who instead referred to them as “Company A” or “B”, almost as if to protect them!

The same Schaffner who some say has been on the Chipotle case all along, by the looks of this (…/cdc-dna-technology-suspected…/story…) article.

And in addition to the fact that CDC is partnered with ‪#‎Novartis‬ (which is a parent company of ‪#‎Syngenta‬, basically another ‪#‎Monsanto‬), Dr. Schaffner has pretty close ties with Novartis, too:

Served as an advisor or consultant for: Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Inc.; Sanofi Pasteur; Merck & Co., Inc.; GlaxoSmithKline; #Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation”

Novartis, by the way, has patents for producing both Norwalk viruses (noroviruses) and E. Coli viruses. And ‪#‎Berman‬ (or ‪#‎DrEvil‬), who has recently been targeting Chipotle through his ‪#‎CCF‬, seems to have close ties with all the Big Agriculture companies, Syngenta included.

Here’s the details on today’s info:

Chipotle was served with a federal subpoena last month, as part of a criminal investigation, due to a norovirus outbreak at one of its restaurants. The restaurant is now required to hand over a number of documents relating to the restaurant in Simi Valley, Ca., where the outbreak occurred.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in California, with the help of the FDA’s Office of Criminal Investigations, is conducting the federal investigation just as Chipotle is finishing up dealing with an E.Coli outbreak linked to another one of its restaurants in late October and November. As these cases received quite a bit of media attention, the company is reporting a sales slump- 30% at some established locations. The company also expects its sales for the fourth quarter to fall by 14.6 percent at well established locations; this would be the first decline since going public in 2006.

Responding to the change in its image, Chipotle is taking out full-page ads apologizing to customers in papers all over the country. They have also promised to step up food safety.

We will continue to watch how this plays out in the court system.

    Because Chipotle had the nerve to give the finger to the Bio-tech industry by going GMO free. This is corporate sabotage. Bio-techs online trolls have been all over the comment boards for weeks dissing Chipotle to dissuade people from visiting the restaurant. My family has never stopped and the service and food at the local one we regularly visit has been wonderful. Of course the media has put their paid for spin on the issue so it’s difficult to tell what the truth is.

    We need to stay strong supporting Chipotle…everyone knows what’s going on with their investigative crap! Now is our time to shine, we still have a voice! No matter what happens…We might as well get use to opposition, because it’s here to stay. I read Monsanto is laying off 1000 more people…they’re running scared.

    I am 77. I am a native Californian. Two years ago I had my only case ever of food poisoning after lunch at Chipolte. I went with my adult granddaughter and her kids. They all ate the chicken. The hired help and servers left a lot to be desired. I never went back and after a few more visits the younger generation quit going as well. Knock off your sabotage crap. Other fast foods without this issue have been denigrated at the altar of healthy food nuts.
